Using the lost-wax casting process, we create custom bronze sculptures that capture fine detail and develop a natural patina over time. The Lost-Wax Casting Process
Each bronze sculpture begins with a model (clay, wax, or 3D-designed). From this, a wax positive is created and encased in ceramic shell. Once fired, the wax is replaced by molten bronze. After cooling, the ceramic shell is broken away, the piece is chased and welded if multi-part, and patina is applied. This process allows for extraordinary detail — from fabric folds to facial expressions — that other materials cannot match.
